ReplyDeleteI am loving learning about the brain. I know that for me, there are times the front of my brain feels so heavy that I can't think. Which really impedes writing. What I'm learning about meditation and the shrinking of the amygdala is facinating. I truly believe that if I can get my nervous system to calm down, I'll be able to function decently.
